FEES:
The fees below take effect September 1, 2007.
The charge for one individual session (two hours) is $125.00, or you may purchase a discount package of 3 sessions for $295.00, payable at the first session. I furnish you with a free CD for reinforcement of each session. Other package programs consisting of a different number of sessions may also be offered on an individual basis.
Acceptable payment methods are Cash (exact amount only, please) Check, MC.Visa, and American Express.
Discount packages are often purchased for such health issues as weight loss, stress management, pain management, surgery preparation and recovery, and others, and may be re-purchased as desired.
If you purchase a package of sessions, they are usually spaced every 3-4 weeks, and must be completed in 120 days, or the sessions are forfeited. Missed appointments without 48 hours notice are considered to have taken place and are counted as an appointment. I ask that once you make an appointment, you make every effort to keep it, rather than asking to re-schedule, as you may have to wait several weeks for another appointment, and this can interfere with your progress.
Many self-improvement issues are resolved in only one appointment, and when you call me, I can suggest which plan would work best for you.
I also offer Group sessions on and off premises, and discounts are given according to the number of people attending. Many ladies like to have a group session with their friends and co-workers, and many businesses like to sponsor group sessions at the workplace to improve performance or reduce stress. Group sessions are also helpful for students.
Children...
Children generally have great success in areas like bedwetting, learning, sports, fear reduction and other issues. I work with children as young as 8 years old, if they are able to sit still and cooperate for a short time. Children's hypnosis sessions are from 10-30 minutes, depending on the age of the child. The total time of the office visit is usually the same as for an adult.
Session Time and What Goes On...
Please allow 2 hours for your appointment. Here is what happens: you will fill out an information sheet and then we will visit and get to know each other a bit. Then I will explain the process and discuss various techniques with you, and you will have time to ask questions before your session starts. Then, you will lie back in a comfortable recliner, perhaps with a light throw over you, and I will guide you into a deep relaxation, much as if you were lying on your sofa at home with the tv on in the background. Then I make the suggestions that are appropriate to the subject at hand, and when I am finished talking, usually in 45-55 minutes, I bring you back to full awareness, and you will feel very relaxed and de-stressed. You may have really gone to sleep, or you may have heard everything I said, and the suggestions will have begun to take effect.
When you have additional sessions, we will discuss your progress and determine the next step, as there are usually many approaches to any given problem or issue.
There is nothing embarrassing or frightening about hypnosis, and there are no bad side effects. The side effects you can expect are better sleep and stress relief. Hypnosis is not mind control; you cannot get stuck in hypnosis, and it most decidedly is not anti-any religion.

A Note about Smoking Cessation...
Many people are surprised to learn that they can stop smoking with just one hypnosis session! This is the general rule in my office, however, some people do need more sessions, especially if they are dealing with chronic unrelieved pain or serious illness, or even extreme stress. If these issues are present, we might need to alleviate the stresses involved before going on to the smoking issue.
PUBLIC FORUMS:
I find that most people are interested in hypnosis, and I enjoy presenting informational talks, so please mention me to the speaker chairperson of your club or organization.
I am also available for lectures, classes, conventions and workshops in the community, and have worked in several school districts and at Our Lady of the Lake University in this capacity. Fees vary, so please feel free to discuss options with me.
